The Agate Museum in Rudno  is located on the volcanic hill of Permian effusive rocks at an altitude of 420 m AMSL.
A few years ago,Witold Koprucha, a local gemstone collector, created  the whole concept of the museum. Now, his collection includes several thousand mineral specimens obtained in the years 1980-2020 in the surrounding farmlands and rock debris of the abandoned melaphyre quarry.

The museum also has a special Multimedia Room;  air-conditioning offers  cooling convenience.
